I have to inform you that Bill (Willy) MacLeod died 2 weeks ago. I have no further details. This news came via Dave (Lofty) Foster from Bill's brother. He was in Jerboa troop and was at Denbury 60/62. RIP

I think it was Mark Twain who said, "To not buy newspapers you are left uninformed. To buy newspapers you can be misinformed". I'm all for reading any comments about Brexiteering and I say roll on the day when we finally give Brussels the heave ho. Even the EU lawyers in Brussels have said there's no legal precident that the UK has to pay any compensation and hopefully we will not.

FOA Steve Wright. Well Mr. Self Appointed "Moderator" If politics offend you so much then ask the site owner to remove my message. The fact is not all people read the same news. The statement made by him is important to UK "Based" citizens. Tony whilst there is only one complaint to my message can you please take it off so that other "Sensitive Denbury Boys" WILL NOT BE OFFENDED. Perhaps you could also take off Mr Wrights MSG 56 which mentions "Brexit". I do promise in the future I will try not to send offensive "Political" messages on this medium

Jim White. I'm not offended by your post. I haven't received my rule book yet from Tony but I'm willing to pay for one if it gets me up to speed on what I can or cant say. I didn't know there are moderators either so I will stop swearing as that get me into so much trouble.. I am please with the information that you provided as I! Being a fanatic on Bretex (knowing that you voted to remain) welcome this post. No Deal is Better than a Bad Deal.. I just hop that this is the case. You all have a great weekend now. My business has improved since Artical 50 was invoked.. But I've only every used British Products.. The Scotch beef may have to change but English beef is a bit cheaper

FAO Jim White, why do we need politics here, we can all read the news wherever we are in the world thanks to the internet (if we are interested), my thoughts are Denbury Days is a place we can discuss our past, or our future with Denbury Reunions and sad news regarding those who have “left the building” we are all now pensioners and need a central point to meet and discuss without politics, I rest my case
