Hi CJ and all,
I have stayed out of the comms on this topic however must confirm most (as much as I know) of the comments Re Steve Wright and must confirm they are true. He had to be barred from the original site - an extreme action only occurred once before. I know of others also silent on the matter who feel the same about him but I do intend revisiting anything to do with this person.
Best wishes JT

Sad to hear the passing of Jock a Denbury Giant and character. So glad I met him at Barnsley this year. He looked very tired from his long trip north. Enjoyed his phone calls usually asking advise about his computing etc... Will be deeply missed. RIP Jock - Tony & Lesley.

For John Thompson.
John, yet he was very excited and boastful that he had been invited to rejoin your group when others including myself had not been!. I had assumed, that you had extracted some assurances on his future good behaviour?. The dates of his rejoining were significant I think, something about the anniversary of his arrival at Denbury??.
There is a lot more to this chapter in the story, I am again assuming that a lot of people know a little bit of the story and this is why he still has his champions.
Regards...George McIntosh
Yes, RIP Jock Kelly. Joined Jerboa troop when I was near to leaving for Catterick. in 1961. Spent good times at reunions over the years since we met again in 2005. Larger than life guy. Good memories.

Hi All, I have enjoyed the Generous hospitality of both Chalky in Barnsley and Steve Wright in Germany, I could fault neither. I will say one thing, no one, not one Denbury has that long to go. I suggest that you all bury the hatchet before its too late, you have nothing to gain by not doing so.

RIP Jock Kelly, I cannot remember meeting you, but your character went before you. Was Jock a Spec op? I remember he would not allow anyone to call him anything but Jock.

I am sure many ex-boys remember Sam Ward from your days at Denbury. He instigated the Denbury Boys Reunions many years ago. Unfortunately his wife Pam passed away recently. If anyone would like to attend her funeral the details are: Wed 7th March, St Andfews Church, Ipplepen at 1400hrs. R.I.P Pam.
