It is with deep sadness I must advise you of the passing of my partner, Daisy. She died on the evening of the 19th July following a short illness. A celebration of her life will take place at St John's church, Pilling, PR3 6HD, on Thursday the 4th of August at 11.00a.m., followed by a luncheon at The Mill at Conder Green, LA2 0BD (tel 01524 752852 for hotel reservations if required). Dress: - no black please.
Donations can be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Association.

Just got back in the early hours of this morning from Furaventura. Like you I find it hard to believe Bob would not want us to know of his passing. I can respect the family wishes if they are true but to create a "New" contact group to put the news out is beyond believe and is not necessary. He could have waited until say 10.am and posted on all the available sites which would have made it impossible for people to attend. In addition he sent emails to other people giving them the rights to invite people to become members, not the actions of a site for the output of a one off news item. As to comradeship some mate seem to have lost the plot or have ulterior motives. See you in Barnsley if any are comming .

I am trying to view the attending list for Barnsley but it say ERROR 01. Can you send me an email copy as I now have the latest list from the hotel and mentally it does not seem right. Need to cross reference.
