Jock Kelly has some heart problems and is in hospital.
I have no other details
Jock was the very first Denbury Boy I spoke to or at least spoke to me. It was January 9th 1961. The 3 tonner was waiting with Sgt Ken Davies and his clip board. Name? White - get on that one. Walked to the 3 tonner, tail gate down and Knotted rope hanging. Tried to get my Skinny 8st. 7 pounds up (To no avail). Big hand reaches down and pulls me up and in the “Broadest Glaswegian Accent” I had ever heard “F***ing Sassenach. Remember it to this day. Get well soon Jock.
