Hi all. I did not know this site existed. Great memories of Denbury. I was in the last intake in 1966 . When JLR disbanded we moved to AAC Harrogate. Finished my training there and joined 216 Para Sig Sqn where I spent most of my Career and had the honour of being Bde RSM. It would be great to hear from buddies from my intake (Fred Hewlett) or anyone who knows me. Merry Xmas to one and all.

Do we have amongst us any experts on VoIP and VPN's particularly over a BT Smarthub2 with bandwidths of 78Mps down and 18Mbs up. I would be grateful for a chat. Contactable via this forum. Thank you...George

Hello to all the old boys of Denbury Camp. I'm pleased to say that the Facebook Group I set up with the help of Tony Gask and Mike Butchers over a year ago is working well and has been successful in bringing together nearly 300 Ex Boys and some close relatives of Ex Boys since it's creation. I know there are many folks who don't use FB, in fact I only mainly use it for running this group. So far it has proved to be a good hosting platform for the group to easily communicate with each other, store files and photos and to give everybody a chance to catch up with old friends and make new ones, all of us linked by our time at Denbury Camp and our military careers afterwards. It also supports Tony Gask with this website.
If you are interested in becoming a member please go to https://www.facebook.com/groups/DenburyCampExBoys where you will find a link to join the group. Please note, it is a PRIVATE group and we try to ensure only the right people join so PLEASE answer the few security questions within the application progress. Failure to do so could result in your application being refused.
As I said we have just under 300 members, we all would love to hear from you and have you join up again, bringing back the memories and the banter from all those years ago. Should anyone wish to email me privately please use petepenfold@yahoo.co.uk Regards. Pete ( Ex ED, but don't hold that against me!)
