Some of you may have known that Harry Harris partner had a fall at the Holiday inn on Friday night. Please see below Harry's sit rep.

Annie is getting over her fall...the bruising is coming out and her nose is still very sore.
She now waits to see the ENT specialist at Buckland Hospital, Dover.
We went to Hallamshire Hospital, Sheffield on Saturday afternoon where they cleaned her up a bit more and gave her some cream and antibiotics.
She also had an antitetanus. We stopped at her son’s place at Thurcroft on Saturday night so they’ve had more time together than was planned. She hadn’t seen him for three years so they were able to catch-up on things. We came back here on Sunday.

She’s a tough old bird, as you know, but this has shaken her up ...she just has to take it easy for a while until she get her confidence back.

Anyway, thanks for your concern and understanding...much appreciated.
It was one of those things...and thanks to the Holiday Inn managers on duty she was attended to very quickly.
I’ll keep you posted, Jim...as matters progress.

I would like to thank everyone, in particular, Phil Kirk and Chalky White for the super gift in recognition of my photographically recording the Reunions over the past few years, it has been and absolute pleasure.
Sorry Val and I couldn't be with you this year but a life saving Operation took priority.
Here's looking forward to next year.

Re Leo
Leo came to Iron troop at the beginning of spring term in April 1961.
His correct name was Lionel Marchant. The "Gordon -Marchant" was something Leo added later. Leo was a real character as those that met him knew. I believe Mike W took him to the TOP pub and Leo wore a "Pink" Stetson. Leo's funeral and later his send off was a laugh from start to finish and would surely been appreciated by him
