Does anyone remember J/Sgt Ray Murray, Jerboa Tp Sgt in 1962.
I would be interested to know if he was posted to 9 Signal Regiment in 1965, or, served there in 1965. I have just seen a photo of a Ray Murray, and, cannot remember if it is him or not. Cheers Jock

Grim news...FRANK HEROD, A Troop, QUADRANT, 59-61.
Frank had a lesion on Wednesday morning and is now in hospital under care.
Prognosis is not known yet.
Eileen has had a ZOOM chat with him and he recognised her and they spoke.

Re the raffle being held at the Barnsley Reunion 2018. I will be bringing some of my famous pies to include in the raffle. BUT. Just in case you are not lucky you can order from me on my email address and I will bring them up on the Friday night. Looking forward to it. There are still rooms left so if you haven't booked get booked in. A great reunion.

All about Frank,,,,he is stable today and is able look after himself albeit under supervision of a nurse. They have not decided what to do about the lesion until they know more. But his house is being surveyed tomorrow by social services with a view to him being allowed home at the weekend obviously with more care and treatment to follow.

Frank was sent home last night to continue his care under control of his ever loving wife, Eileen. He has total recall of his whole life which is excellent.
