It was a long time ago and although i remember faces (as they were) names are difficult to remember. I would probably be able to remember if i saw a list of the merry denbury men what memories it was a good time in my life

Great to see names like frankie vaughan and charlie wickham. My claim to fame at denbury was pipe sgt with jock young as pipe major. I was also in the fasted team to cover the ten tors at the time with doc dockerty frankie vaughan bernie temmen biff guy and the original john berry. Great site tony keep up the good work. Jj

I donâ??t know why i never tried to find a denbury site before iâ??m glad i did all the memories are coming back. Iâ??m not sure if they were good times but it was always a laugh (not many old iron boys)

Tony many thanks for the fantastic site. It has been a year since first finding it and meeeting up with many lads from my time at denbury. Looking forward to more turning up from white spear 66. At the moment there are 11 of us!
