My Skydive for the Downs Syndrome Association has been put back again until 21st March 2021 which is their 51st Anniversary. As you know my Grandson Matthew was born with Downs Syndrome and i am still looking for sponsorship for my 15000ft Tandem Skydive. As his son I have done my Dad a dis-service when I updated Jim. Peter Allen (my father) in fact did 25 years in the regulars finishing as a Staff Sergeant. He then joined the TA in a full time role and knocked up a total of 43 years to Queen and Country. it was in the TA that he was made up to Warrant Officer. Legend of a Father and Grandfather he has survived a triple heart bypass and is now fit as a fiddle !

I am disposing of my 8'x 8' greenhouse and if anyone wants it, they're welcome to it for free. It's green alluminum with 4mm toughened glass. I don't use it much although have raised loads of tomato bushes this season. If anyone wants it, they have to dismantle and take away. And once started it has to be finished, no delays in between as I'm clearing the site. The glass is heavy and in long sections 5' x 2'. If no luck by end of July, I will dispose of it into a skip.

Barnsley Reunion 2020 Hotel Bookings - Have just checked with the Holiday Inn Hotel to cancel my booking for this October. Thanks the Jim 'Chalky' White he has already cancelled all bookings for those who had booked a room.
