Long time since I signed the visitors book so I thought I would make a new entry. Very interested in the Ten Tors team that they are organising within the Denbury Boys in the Yahoo group. Did the Three peaks of Yorkshire (again) last month and was very knackered so cannot make my mind up whether to volunteer for the Ten Tors Trip. I see lot of names that bring back good memories. Best wishes to the people that remember me.

Anyone who remembers me i will be pleased to hear from you. I played cricket for the regimental team and football (with the nelson twins) also league table tennis with the castle twins. Served with the royal signals until 1970 and then joined the prison service retiring after 29 years service in 2000.

To all you who remember john (chic) brister circa 1959. Just to let you know that chic leaves our squadron at the end of this month after some 45 years of service to the royal corps. Should anyone wish to telephone him at his tac to wish him well or have a chat you can untill then. We will all miss his sense of humour! Call chic 01789 292266 the sqms.
