Hi keith (Harding) thanks for message unfortunately I don t remember Jim Humphreys please apologise on my behalf but there are lots of names I do not recall the old grey cells are letting me down now. I must agree this is a great site also much improved since I last made contact. This coming October 31st is the 50th Anniversary of the day I arrived at Denbury in 1957 to a rude awakening. Also this May 21st I collect my 1st OAP payment! Unbelievable!!

The units were located at Pembroke Dock Manorbier Ty Croes Angelsey Larkhall Duisburg Dortmund and Shoeburyness. Equipment: SR B70 Radio Relay-C41-D11-Line-Techs TG Ops and Eds-36 Heavy Air Defence Regiment Royal Artillery.-Equipment: Thunderbird II Surface to Air Missile. Great Site (My son told me about it he is in the Corps now (Simon) off to Hohne on Monday) I have seen a few names I remember Dave Fearns Dave Craggs Be Good to see/hear from anyone who remembers me Our output was the infamous one where the Colonel got everyone up early to march to the Station to see us off (Band playing and all) at about 6am really went down well with the locals!! With the Adoption of Troops scheme I ended up at 30 Sigs then on Quicksilver then 632 tp (hebrides) 16 Sigs 27 Sigs Live Oak School of Sigs.finally the fighting 10th at Wilton. then Joined Comms at the Foreign Office and Back to Hong Kong. be great to talk please get in touch. regards JIM
