Was a member here but lost contact and now unable to sign in to the page....but never mind... Just a few things about myself. First posting out of training was too the 22 LAD artilary. Moved to 244 Sig tp in 63 ( and also done a stint in the UN Cyprus for a year....just had to get away from Col Wythe )In 65 formed NASRS in Tongeren Belgium. Back to UK (wilts) Signed for extra 3 years to get out of that hole and joined 604 Sig Tp in `71. Left the army in `74 and now living in Tongeren Belg. Hope to hear from some of the `old crowd ` in the near future.

Just returned from the Nijmegen 4 day 160km March. completed it with Steve Roberts (ex Javelin) and not one blister !!! Had a fantastic time and thinking of doing it again nxt year. Any volunteers-come on Maxi Scott you can do it !!!!!

40th Anniversary of the Disbandment Parade Friday 10 August 2007 A reminder that this event in the Denbury Boys calendar is four weeks away we are meeting up at 5.30 pm at the site of the guardroom at the former main gate (Denbury Village end) not the south gate at 6 pm will remember the flags being hauled down for the last time 40 years ago afterwards we meet up in the Union Inn in Denbury Village and there will be a mini reunion in the evening at the Queens Hotel for locals and those of us staying over You do not need to book just turn up but PLEASE park your car in the Union Inn car park and walk to the site of the guardroom as we do not want to cause any problems blocking the narrow road Look forward to seeing you there
