Wally Moomey. there s a blast from the past Hi mate! We had some good times there didn t we? Remember the night in Brixham police station after celebrating my promotion to l/cpl. I must have been the only Bloke there to have been bust before I even got a chance to wear the stripe! Remember Bert Bishop well. I have been told that Ken Harlick (Little Plum) is at Chelsea Hospital. Did you know that there is a Site for White Swan lads lots of names there I am sure you will remember. all the best good to know some of the lads are still around. jim.

There used to be a competition in the Daily Sketch (I think). When you went on holiday to Blackpool if you saw the guy who s picture was in the paper you challenged him. If correct you won 10 shillings. Well this is the time of the year that Leo runs this type of competition except in this case if you find and recognise him and challenge correctly you end up buying him beer all day!! See you all in Floggit September.

Just updating contact info after three years! Recently returned from a fabulous two years adventure in Vietnam and now back in North Sydney for at least the next couple of years. Love to hear from anyone who remembers me-although my only real claim to fame at Denbury (apart from possibly being the shortest boy soldier ever!) was surviving Yatesy s mob as a fanfare trumpeter!

Took me a long time to find anything about the years of Denbury this website certainly does those who went through it s gates proud. To all ex Beaufighter lads most of it was a pleasure some of it certainly was not. Anyone visiting West Canada I always have a few cold ones in stock. Make sure to call first I may be snowbirding in Florida.
