Hi All just found the site sorry to hear about Dave Feirne one of my old mates from Denbury and Aden 254 sigs. Seen a few name I think I remember including Doug (morris dancer) Friend.

Long long time since on this site and have just re-applied to join Denbury Boys. Found memories of my days in sunny Devon and am looking for two old pals from those days Jim Scott from Leeds (Fransica I think) and John Birkenshaw from Huby near York(Kohima) both of whom along with myself went to Berlin (229) in January 1966. We were joined later by Mick Biglin who I know was on the Boys site. Thanks

Have just been reading various comments in the guest book and noted Ces Parkinson`s name he was from Batley Yorkshire does anyone know of his whereabouts now ? We last had contact in the early 70`s when living in Southport . I believe Ces was in the Far East at the time but have lost contact since then due to moving around the U.K.with my work would like to make contact or hear of any info of him if so . I was at Denbury from 59-61. Now living in Sussex with my wife and family close by.Frank Herod.
