For everyone s information Jacqui s event raised over ?£3 700 which is a magnificent sum and really kick starts our fund raising efforts. We are now entering the last 6 months before the lads actually start the walk! Unfortunately Bob Etherton has pulled an injury and has stood down as Team leader. Phil Kirk who was at Denbury between Jan 63 and Aug 65 steps into the gap and will lead the Denbury Boys at Ten Tors 2010. Please contact me if you feel you can support the team either financially with time or even providing some equipment. Best wishes to you all.

Hi Bob as locals rose and i attended the bash held by Jackie Stockman at the Berry Head Hotel introduced ourselves and she was over the moon that a Denbury BOy attended she looked after us and found seats the place was very well attended even though the weather was blowing a storm with very heavy rain. the band only got together 8 weeks ago but even so kept the place jumping got home about midnight so slept in this morning i dont know if any other denbury boy made it you couldnt speak or move. great evening and i have asked for a few photos to put onto the site thats all for now mate skip harding quadrant tp 61-63.
