Hello Paul. Yes I remember you from Denbury. You were quite the footballer. In fact when I was at the Barnsley reunion you were talked about. Ron Chisholm and myself had a good old conversation and you and your considerable football talents where did you go to from Denbury but didn t I play against you in Germany at some time. But it is good to hear that you are hopfully fit and well. Best Regards LES

I to would like to add our thanks to Chalky for yet another cracking weekend at the Barnsley reunion and am already looking forward to next year.Whillst I m on if anyone can put me in touch with Dave Moore from 16 Sigs in the 60 s I would be very much obliged. To jog memories he was a tall slim Liverpudlian with a very petite ginger wife called Maureen. He also had two children a boy and a girl and I last saw him when I was locally demobbed at Krefeld in 1968 when he was a ComCen Op. We lived at that time in the quarters at Neukirchen Vlyun. If this rings any bells with anyone please get in touch.

Back in 2006 the idea came up for Denbury ties...went for the silk option longer and wider rather than the cheaper polyester but to keep the price down the order down needed to be a large one...the company Maddocks and Dick in Scotland came up with the best price giving a selling price of 20 quid with a small surplus...batch one was funded by myself and Karin and sold out very quickly...the surplus was split between Tony Gask based on the annual running costs for our respective Denbury websites that I m sure you all enjoy...a second batch was ordered funded by the denburyjuniorleaders website fund but due to a misunderstanding selling at 20 quid meant a small loss...third batch funded by the denburyjuniorleaders website fund turned a small surplus...fourth was funded by the denburyjuniorleaders website fund and the previous surplus was not enough and three good guys at the 2010 Barnsley Reunion chipped in and I would like to get their full investment back very soon...selling these Denbury Silk Ties at 20 quid + postage the same price as FIVE YEARS AGO...there are just a few left and when they have gone they are gone?¢â?¬?¦there will be no more unless somebody else comes up with nearly a grand to cover the minimum order cost...all the best Steve Wright please get in touch via the CONTACT page of denburyjuniorleaders.com
