Usually pop on to the site every two or three weeks-unusual to see any ex JLR s from my era. Some on the site recently but only recognise one or two though. Thought I spotted Rob Norcross and wondered if he was the chap I knew who joined the Australian Air Force and met in Hong Kong a long time ago. Hello Dave saw Bob last night at the RSA knees up he was wondering if it was his brother Dave you were after who was at Denbury before him.

To Charlie Charlesworth and John ToppingWe started off with memories of a Bob Atherington we were then persuaded it could be Bob Atherton now we find it s possibly a Dave Atherton brother of Bob.We have decided that now in the 70 age group Altzheimers has set in; My famous chat-up line is Hello Who am I?Whoever it was we are looking for was in B Trp 1958/9 so if Dave brother of Bob remembers us Alan Spike Hoe Derek Cox and Dave Stokes we d like to get in touch.It just remains to say to our Carers; Charlie and John thanks very much for all your efforts---from whoever we are!!!!

Have just read the email from Dave Stokes saying he is looking for Bob Etherton along with Derek Cox and Alan (Spike) Hoe. I might seeb Bob this Friday at the RSA meeting in Harrogate I have jotted down your names to pass on. I don t think Bob does stuff on the computer he does go to Spec Op reunions but I don t remember seeing him at a Denbury one. I ll report back.
