I lunch once a month with Prof West CJ Pete Whitehead and lately Phil Cork. Just going through all the entries. I notice John Loveday is not too good. Hi all. Viv and I went to visit Eddie Owens. Romulus 60-62. last Thursday in Exeter. he was feeling a little better that day and we had lunch together in his home. Spent the time reminiscing about our Denbury Days over a Stella Artois. Anyone near him would be a welcome visitor for an hour or three as he is house bound now. Regards to everyone. Mike.

Just to let you know that the money given to Jackie for the sale of Denbury Car stickers down at Newton Abbott was given to the chap who attends to Johns grave at the Newton Cemetery. When Jackie and I visited on Sunday. it was in ship shape. The chap said he would ensure plenty of poppies for this next year . Also I am still not able to get onto the Yahoo Denbury Boy sites?? Hi Mike and Sue have been trying to place an entry for time now but could not get it to work. If I make it this time Ann and I would just like to thank you for yet another fantastic week-end reunion and for the lift back to our hotel. It is just great to be part of the Denbury Boys all so friendly and so easy to talk to even when sober. Sorry I missed the walk (bad back) but I did climb up inside the clock tower while the Town Crier competition was in progress didn t know you could do that.To all those who didn t make it to the reunion to name but a few Frank Herod Bob Maclaren Alan Pinder Mick Height Harry Beresford Les Ward and Pete Rouget you don t know what you missed and I hope we see you next year.
