Viv and I wish all of you a Very Happy Christmas and hope that the New Year brings you all that you could wish for. We met up with Mike and Sue Butchers and Mike and Jill Lally yesterday for a mini reunion and had a really nice evening. Viv and I went to see Eddie Owens in Exeter on Tuesday and shared many happy memories with him. He is fighting the good fight and has some days better than others but is not well. Just to let you all know that John Loveday has improved a little his speech is coming on after the Stroke in May he is still in the Nursing Home and I am spending most of my time with him I told him I was going to update the news and he told me to wish you all a Happy Christmas and most important Healthy New Year he can t remember any names but knows who people are he has been very ill but he was so moved by the cards and E Mails he received from His Boys The best of his army days he really loved it and of course 40 Signal Regt where he met me!!! He had to say that. I hope to catch up with some of you at Blanford some time. God Bless you All

I lost the site for a while but my first viewing after finding it again was a shocker. Mick Tivenan I remember he used to work on a local mobile grocery van and shortly after my joining the signals and returning home on leave he asked me what I thought of it . I cant remember what I replied but it must have been positive as he joined up himself . . It brings things close to home and the remainder of us Denbury Boys closer together. R.I.P. MICK
