I can confirm I am holding an allocation of 30 rooms for Friday and 45 rooms Saturday for the evening prior to and the evening of your function (10th/11th October 2014) at the flexible rate of ?£30.00 Bed & Breakfast per single and ?£50.00 Bed & Breakfast per double room. > To book call direct on the number beneath quoting Denbury Boys Reunion 10th/11th October . Your guests will be required to leave a debit or credit card number (and expiry date) to secure the room in the system. However please note that no charge will be taken from the card. > PLEASE NOTE-Any rooms not taken from the allotment will automatically release a month before (10/09/14) and any rooms not picked from the allocation will release back into the system. If your guests call after this date we may not be able to honour your negotiated rate.
