Re: Harry Harris's funeral. We all knew him as Harry but his middle name was Robert and some of his Dover friends knew him as Bob. Thought I'd just mention it to avoid any confusion. His funeral details are as per Tony Gask's post below. However, the burial is to be at a different church, St.Peter at Whitfield, which is a few miles away. I'm trying to find out if there will be a live video link for his friends around the world. The funeral service church St.Peter & St.Paul is on Minnis Lane, River, CT17 0RG. A message has been received from Bob Le Vaillant regarding the funeral of Bob (Harry) Harris:

"Message: Tony, refer to my last contact concerning Bob Harris's death on 24 July. The funeral is at 1pm on 18 August at St Peter & St Paul's Church in River, Nr Dover. RBL Dover is providing a standard bearer. Am happy to provide further details. email or 01304 380975. I don't know if the news got through to Chris Jones?"

Through the Denbury Jungle Telegraph have received the sad news from Chris Jones that Harry Harris has passed away, Harry was Jerboa Troop Jan 64 to Dec 65 serving with Chris, we were good friends and kept in touch, in his last email May this year was in good form with his usual banter. Harry was a team player and helped me get the Denbury Tie project off the ground many years ago, not on FB like many. This morning Chris has also informed me that Dave Lawrence Quadrant May 61 to Jul 63 passed away in April this year, like Harry were active members of the former Yahoo Group but not willing to be on FB. Finding Denbury again 24 years ago, always felt there was a need for an association/club and was willing to help with my research, sadly others did not agree. RIP Harry and Dave.

I have been informed that Joe Inguanez, lived in Adelaide, SA, Australia passed away last night in his sleep.
The information came from Georgina, Joe's daughter.

It looks like recent changes to this site has open my window again. I guess this 15 year old phone needs a spring clean.
I'm currently heading for Guiseley for a couple of nights outlaws...then on to Leicester more outlaws and back via Retford sister then home to Scotland. If anyone is around.
